it's funny how you look forward to fat men dressed in red breaking into your house on Christmas but not any other day of the year...
it's also funny how your parents encourage you to take candy from strangers on Halloween....

It's also funny how deranged Easter is.
What kids look foreword to (and I hope I'm not ruining this for anyone) is that a giant bunny will to break into their house (nobody ever specifies how) and leave you toys and candy (that's our tradition, at least), not to mention all the candy filled multicolored plastic eggs it leaves around.

And does anybody ever remember what Easter is really for? No. It's the resurrection of Jesus! What do bunnies and eggs have to do with the resurrection of Jesus? I don't know. Maybe the eggs symbolize life or something. All I know is that they have candy in them and that if I want to be the coolest kid, I have to find as many as I can and get a sugar-high.
And Alex? I want you to know that I do know that that's the title of one of Reliant K's Christmas songs.
